These policies apply to every reservation and account relationship. Enterprise agreements may include customized terms that supersede specific sections below.
Point-to-point and hourly bookings may be cancelled up to 12 hours before pickup without penalty.
Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup may incur a charge of up to 50% of the estimated fare to cover chauffeur staging.
Commercial airport pickups may be cancelled up to four hours before scheduled pickup without fee.
Private aviation and FBO transfers require eight hours' notice due to security coordination and ramp access scheduling.
Event transportation and multi-vehicle charters require seven days' notice for cancellation to receive a full refund of retainers.
Cancellations within seven days may forfeit retainers and incur additional planning fees based on work already performed.
If passengers fail to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, and no contact has been made, the ride may be considered a no-show.
No-shows are billed the full fare plus applicable wait time and expenses.
In the event of severe weather, security incidents, or infrastructure interruptions, cancellation fees may be waived at Csilimos discretion.
