Policy Details

Clear guidelines for premium travel experiences.

Review the sections below to understand how we operate, safeguard passengers, and partner with coordinators across the corridor.

1. Scope of Service

Csilimos provides premium ground transportation across the Northeast corridor, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Washington DC/Virginia.

Service availability may vary based on fleet capacity, security requirements, and operational conditions. Confirmations are only guaranteed once a reservation number has been issued.

2. Reservations & Changes

Clients may submit booking requests via the Csilimos portal, concierge desk, or approved integrations. Reservations require confirmation from our dispatch team.

Changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 12 hours before pickup to avoid change fees, unless otherwise specified in an enterprise agreement.

3. Rates & Billing

Pricing is determined by vehicle class, trip distance, service duration, and any additional amenities requested. Base rates do not include tolls, parking, or gratuity unless otherwise noted.

Invoices are issued post-service with a detailed breakdown of charges. Payment is due upon receipt unless alternate terms have been approved in writing.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to adhere to local regulations, safety guidelines, and chauffeur instructions. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.

Damage or excessive cleaning fees resulting from passenger actions will be billed to the client on file.

5. Liability & Force Majeure

Csilimos maintains comprehensive insurance coverage meeting or exceeding TLC, USDOT, and state-level requirements.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including severe weather, road closures, or security incidents. In such cases we will provide timely communication and remediation options.
